As a Behaviour Specialist, I Help Parents Raise Confident, Resilient, and Connected Children
Meet Bara

I am a Child Behaviour Specialist with a decade of experience across family homes and schools.
My role is not to judge or tell you how to parent. My goal is to help you better understand your parenting style, understand your child’s behaviours, respond with confidence, and When your child is struggling, it’s easy to feel stuck between advice, guilt, and the constant question: “Am I handling this the right way?”
The strategies I offer and help implement are tailored to your family’s needs and embeded in your family values. I help you understand what’s really driving your child’s behaviour, set clear goals, and build practical solutions that work in real life. Together, we’ll look beyond the behaviour itself—whether that’s big emotions, anxiety, sibling conflict, school difficulties, or daily power struggles—and create a plan that feels realistic for your family. As a Behaviour Specialist and HCPC-registered Music Therapist, I combine evidence-based practice with a warm, family-centred approach, helping parents feel more confident and children feel more understood.
Why parents trust me
Families value my warm, non-judgemental approach and my ability to translate evidence-based research into practical support that fits the realities of everyday life. My experience spans across family homes, schools, hospitals, and specialist settings. This taught me that meaningful support must be both evidence-based and practical. I am here to closely guide you, help better understand your child and build lasting skills that bring more calm to your home.
My priority is always what is best for your child and family. If I feel another specialist could offer more appropriate support or it would be valuable to work collaboratively, I will tell you openly and help you navigate the next steps.
Qualifications & Professional Background
My work is informed by postgraduate training in Music Therapy MA (HCPC registered under AS018540), special educational needs BA, child development, and Positive Behaviour Support training. Alongside my qualifications, I have over a decade of experience supporting children and families across homes, schools, hospices and hospitals.
I have worked with children presenting with a wide range of developmental, emotional, behavioural, and additional needs, and regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (SALT, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Wellbeing Coach) to ensure families receive coordinated and evidence-based support.

At Home Behaviour Support
During a home visit, time is spent getting to know your child, your family’s routines, and the challenges you may be facing. Together, we identify patterns, understand what may be contributing to difficult moments, and explore practical ways to support positive change.
This is followed by weekly in-person or online visits and check-ins, providing ongoing guidance and personalised strategies grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). The focus is not simply on managing behaviour, but on understanding the needs behind it and building skills that lead to lasting change.
Household Staff Training
For families employing nannies or household staff, consistency can often be one of the greatest challenges.Consultation and training support parents in defining their values, expectations, and parenting approach, while helping caregivers implement these principles confidently and consistently.
Through open communication and practical guidance, parents, nannies, and household staff can work together with greater confidence and clarity, ensuring children receive consistent support, boundaries, and emotional guidance both at home and beyond.
Parent Education
Big emotions, tantrums, sibling conflict, anxiety, bedtime battles, boundaries, screen time, school struggles… parenting can feel overwhelming.
Our parenting webinars are designed to help you better understand your child’s behaviour, respond with confidence, and navigate everyday challenges without relying on shouting, punishment, or constant power struggles.
Combining evidence-based child development with practical, real-life strategies, each session gives you tools you can start using immediately at home, alongside the reassurance that you’re not alone in what you’re experiencing.
